What is My Account ? How could I operate it ?
It is easy to update your GargDastak’s account and view your orders any time through
'My Account'.
'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Garg Dastak Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, Change your password, Track the status of your orders
My Account" has to be created prior to the first time you place an order. Because we do not offer guest logout.My Account

How can I view my past shopping cart ? Can I use my past Orders to make a new one ?
Login, & click on My Account. You can view your past shopping details in  the Cart. You can also use your past orders to make a new one. You have to do is select the products from your previous order.

How do I know my Order has been confirmed?
Once you select confirm, your order is immediately processed internally and you receive a confirmation mail on the email address associated with your account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique
Order ID (eg. 2100001), a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an selected of Delivery Time Slot by you.

Can I make changes to my shopping bag before or after placing an order ?

Yes, till you haven't confirmed the order, items will remain in your shopping cart. You can simply add/remove items from the shopping cart by clicking the 'Delete' to remove items or, 'Add' to add items.
If you have confirmed an order and need to change it you can call our
customer care on and we will make the changes for you.

How do I check which items were not available from my order ? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery ?
You will receive an email or will call about unavailable items before the delivery of your order. You will be given the option to cancel that item or chose a replacement. If the order is not a pre-paid one, you can simply edit inform customer service what you would like to do and the bill will be edited by us.

Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible. But if you require that product you can mail us so that we can provide our best possible service.

How do I check the current status of my order?
The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

How can I check availability of next slot before placing order?
Once you log in to your account, you will notice that on the right side of the website, under
“My Basket” the next available slot in which you can order will be displayed.
